If you are not satisfied with the original condition and/or performance of your purchased item, you may return the item within 30 days from ship date for a refund or replacement. To qualify for refund or replacement, items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and stickers attached. Contact us to receive a return authorization (RA) number and instructions. Please have your order number available.

Note the following:

  1. To obtain the RA number, please provide us with the order number and reason for the return.
  2. Returns must include the original invoice or packing slip with the RA number.
  3. We will not accept returned merchandise without a return authorization (RA) number. Returns received without authorization will not be processed for refund or exchange.
  4. Once you receive a return authorization you may return unused items, in the original box with all accessories, warranty cards, owner's manuals, etc. within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Non-defective returns will be charged a 15% restock fee.
  5. Returns without the complete original packaging will not be accepted.
  6. Shipping and handling is non-refundable except in the case of defective merchandise shipped with in the United States (as determined by us).
  7. Shipping for returned merchandise must be pre-paid by the customer.
  8. Please allow 4-6 weeks from the date we receive the return for credit.
  9. Returns must be shipped to us via UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail for tracking/confirmation purposes. We assume no liability for loss or damage of returned packages, therefore we recommend you purchase insurance from your shipper.
  10. Returning merchandise nullifies your ability to take advantage of any promotions or rebates that may be associated with it.

Sweeney:

We are confident that you will be 100% satisfied with our quality product. In the unlikely event that you need to return an item, please call for a return authorization (RA#) number prior to shipping the product. In order to receive proper credit an RA# is required. A product must be returned within 30 days of date of purchase then credit will be issued to your credit card for the purchase price and tax, if applicable, less a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be waived when an item is returned within 30 days of date of purchase, unused, in the original box and undamaged.

Moultrie:

Items purchased through Moultrie Feeders via telephone or website are covered under Moultrie Feeders' one-year warranty, including refurbished and sale items. This warranty includes one-year repair or replacement service on product from date of purchase. Contact our customer service department for any questions regarding your Moultrie Feeders product. 1.706.302.7452 Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (Eastern time).

In order to receive repair or replacement under Moultrie Feeders’ one-year warranty, we ask that you do the following:

  1. Call one of our customer service technicians and explain the problem you are encountering with the product. The technician will then prompt you to the next step based on your individual case.
  2. If you are asked to send your item into Moultrie Feeders for repair, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. In return, Moultrie Feeders guarantees speedy service and will incur the cost to ship the repaired item back to you within the Continental United States. Any item repaired by Moultrie Feeders will receive a one-year extended warranty from date of service.
  3. Please make sure to enclose the following information with your product:
  • Return Address (no PO Boxes)
  • Telephone Number
  • Written Description of the Problem
  • Copy of your Proof of Purchase
  • Please remove accessories (i.e., SD cards, batteries, solar panels, etc.) before shipping.

Any accessories received by Moultrie will not be returned.

  1. Moultrie Feeders' warranty does not cover items that have been abused or previously repaired by someone other than Moultrie Feeders. We apologize, but we only insure our own workmanship.

If your item was purchased over one year ago, you are able to receive repair service on your item for an affordable amount that includes parts and service. To send in your item or to get a quote on a repair, please call our customer service department and speak with a technician. We will be more than happy to assist you.
